f99 VIP — Four-Tier Cashback and Rewards for Regular Players
The more you play at f99, the more you are valued. There are four tiers from Bronze to Platinum, each with weekly cashback and exclusive benefits — and your path through them is entirely in your hands.
f99 VIP's Four Tiers and Their Cashback Rates
Each tier has a different weekly cashback benefit. The cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier.

How Weekly Cashback Works
f99 VIP cashback is calculated based on your total net loss for the week — meaning the amount remaining after subtracting your winnings from your losses for the week, and a fixed percentage of that amount is returned to your account as cashback. Cashback does not apply in any week where you have a net profit.
The cashback rate depends on your VIP tier. Bronze tier can receive up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8%.
Example: Cashback Calculation for a Gold Member
This is the maximum weekly cashback for the Gold tier. At the Platinum tier, the cashback on the same loss would be ৳160.
Cashback is automatically credited to your f99 account at the end of each week. This amount can be used directly in games.
How to Move to a Higher Tier
Tier progression in the f99 VIP program depends on your activity. The more regularly you participate across f99's various sections — slots, casino games, cricket and other sports — the faster your tier is evaluated.
New accounts start at Bronze tier by default. Over time, consistent participation moves you to Silver, then Gold, and finally Platinum. The f99 team reviews each account's activity at regular intervals and upgrades eligible members to the next tier.
One thing to keep in mind — at f99, not only casino games but also cricket betting or slot games count toward your overall activity. Varied participation can help you reach the next tier faster.
Once your tier changes, you start receiving cashback at the new rate from that same week. This means your efforts are rewarded straight away.
