Deposit Questions
f99 charges no deposit fee or processing charge. The full amount you send is credited to your account. However, mobile banking services may apply their own transaction fees — that is outside f99's control. Check the terms of your payment method before making a deposit.
Log in to your f99 account, go to the deposit section and select Nagad as the payment method. Send the payment from Nagad to the designated number and complete the deposit request using your transaction ID. The balance is added within a few minutes.
The minimum deposit at f99 is just ৳100 by any method. bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay — the limit is the same across all options. The low minimum makes it easy for new players to get started and try different games.
The balance normally updates within a few minutes. If more than 15 minutes have passed, contact f99's 24/7 live chat with your deposit slip or transaction ID. The team will verify and resolve it quickly. Keeping a screenshot of the payment speeds up the process.
You need at least ৳1,000 in your account to withdraw from f99. bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay — this limit applies to all methods. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If an active bonus has unmet wagering requirements, the withdrawal may be held.
Yes, f99 currently supports four mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet. Choose whichever is most convenient — the minimum deposit is ৳100 across all methods.
VIP Program
f99 VIP members receive weekly cashback — the higher the tier, the higher the rate. They also enjoy priority support, access to special promotions and regular rewards. Visit the f99 VIP program page for full details.
Weekly cashback is based on the total net loss for the week — that is, total amount lost minus total amount won, with cashback paid at the applicable rate on that figure. Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives 0.6% cashback, which comes to ৳120.
Playing regularly at f99 and maintaining consistent account activity moves you up to higher tiers. The system tracks your activity automatically and notifies you when your tier is upgraded. A higher tier also means a higher cashback rate.
f99 has four VIP tiers in total:
Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Each tier also comes with additional benefits that grow as you move up.
All f99 users have access to 24/7 live chat and email support. Higher VIP tier members receive priority service, meaning their requests are processed faster. Platinum members receive the highest priority and get dedicated assistance with withdrawals and bonus queries within specific timeframes.
If an account shows no activity for an extended period, the tier may be reviewed. Playing regularly and staying active keeps your current tier. See the terms and conditions page for details on f99's specific criteria.
Live Dealer Games
In live dealer games, a professional dealer runs the game from a studio via live video stream. You can see the dealer on camera along with real dice, cards or a roulette table. Bets are placed using the control panel on screen. f99 offers live games from several leading providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi.
The roulette table lets you bet on numbers from 0 to 36 as well as red/black, odd/even and high/low. The dealer spins the ball and the number it lands on is the winning number. Betting on a specific number pays the most but has the lowest probability. f99 offers tables across a range of bet limits.
Yes, Teen Patti is available at f99. It is a very popular card game in South Asia where each player receives three cards. The player with the highest-ranking card combination wins. The game looks similar to poker but the rules are simpler. JILI's Teen Patti Joker and Teen Patti 20-20 are particularly popular.
The live casino section at f99 offers a range of table limit options. There are low-limit tables for new players or those who prefer smaller bets, as well as high-limit tables for higher-stakes players. You can check the limits in the game lobby before joining a table.
Baccarat may look complex but the core rules are straightforward. You bet on one of three outcomes: Player, Banker or Tie. The hand whose card total is closest to 9 wins. The dealer follows the drawing rules automatically. It is a good idea to review the brief rules before starting at f99's live Baccarat tables.
f99's live casino works fully on mobile. You can join any live table through your smartphone browser. A good internet connection (4G or Wi-Fi) is needed to keep the video stream smooth. Live games are fully supported on the f99 Android and iOS apps as well.
Device and Technical Issues
Yes, f99 is fully optimised for mobile browsers. Slots, live casino, sports betting — all sections run smoothly on any modern mobile browser including Chrome, Firefox or Samsung Internet. No separate software installation is needed; just open the website directly.
f99's Android (APK) and iOS apps are both available. To get the app, contact f99 through the official channel or visit the f99 App page on the site for more information. Downloading the app from third-party sources is not safe — always get it through the official channel.
If the connection drops, the current round is saved on the server. Once you reconnect, you can continue the game from where it left off. Slot game rounds are fully recorded. If you have a question about the result of any round, contact f99's live chat support with the round ID.
